Terms & Conditions – The Culture Crawl Challenge

Introducing our latest challenge, The Culture Crawl, an exciting challenge that encourages users to explore art exhibitions at their own pace. By visiting any four exhibitions between March 3rd – March 31st, 2025, you will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a luxurious night at art’otel Hoxton*.

1. How to Participate

• Download the gowithYamo app.
• Check into any four exhibitions within the gowthYamo app during the challenge period.
• Your participation in the challenge will be automatically tracked when you check in at exhibitions via the app.

*You will need to consent to enter the prize draw, once you’ve checked into four exhibitions, we will contact you via email with details on how to register.

2. Prize Draw Rules Details

Prize Draw Title: Win A Stay For Two at art’otel

Start Date/hour: 3rd March 2025, 00:00

End date/hour: 31st March 2025, 11:59pm

We Prize Draw process for participants:

• Have an account on the gowithYamo app
• Check into any four exhibitions in the gowithYamo app between 3 - 31 March 2025
• Register your contact details before the 31st of March 2025 via the form you will be emailed upon completion of challenge.

Number of winners: 1

One night stay at art’otel, with access to amenities such as The Brush Grand Café, the heated indoor pool and spa, the gallery space and cinema room for one winner plus one guest.

3. Prize Draw & Winner Selection

• The prize consists of a one-night stay for two at art’otel Hoxton (1-3 Rivington St, London EC2A 3DT).
• Only participants who visit four exhibitions and complete the entry process via email will be included in the prize draw.
• The winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 7 days of the challenge closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 1 week, a new winner will be chosen.

4. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the UK & Ireland.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
• Employees of gowithYamo, art’otel, and their immediate families are not eligible for the prize draw.

5. Additional Terms

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The hotel stay is subject to availability and must be redeemed within twelve months of the winner being notified.
• Travel to and from the hotel is not covered. You will be responsible for your travel to and from the hotel.
• Participants acknowledge that their progress will be automatically tracked through the gowithYamo app.
• By entering, participants agree to be contacted via email regarding their eligibility for the prize draw.
• gowithYamo and art’otel reserve the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time without prior notice.
